“Soft fruits” are the crops that are grow on anything smaller than a tree and therefore those could be grown easily in mini greenhouses, gardens or even on balconies with a partial shade, whereas vegetables and other crops need plenty of sunlight. 

Most popular soft fruits grown commercially are Blueberries and Strawberries and they contain vitamins and other essential nutrients that are good for the health. And the chemical compounds that produce rich colors of berries are thought to help prevent disease, possibly helping to reduce cancer risk.
